REFUSED DELIVERIES/RETURNED ORDERS

UPS or FedEx refused deliveries or returned orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus original and returned shipping costs. Common Carrier refused deliveries or returned orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight charges both ways. All returned orders must be sent back in original condition within 30 days of original purchase date. Original shipping costs for your order under our “free shipping” offer will not be refunded. Discount Water Softeners, Inc. does not accept returned items that have been installed, used or open packaging.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Any order cancelled prior to shipment will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. It can only be returned for refund less shipping and restocking fees.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE

ProWater Direct must be contacted prior to the return of any items found to be defective in materials or workmanship by the manufacturer within the applicable manufacturers warranty period. Performance issues are not warranty issues. If your item is not functioning as it should contact our customer support and someone will assist with the issue. Any damage claim must be made within 15 days of date of delivery. Most warranty or damage claim approvals take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Original sale price refunds less original shipping fees will only be given if returned items are received in reasonable condition for resale.
